How routing works
When you submit the intake form, we use the information you provide to review fit and pass your request to no more than one independent installer at a time.
Partner follow-up
The installer we pass your request to may contact you to confirm details, provide an estimate, and schedule work. Final scope, pricing, availability, and service terms are set by that installer.
Information sharing
We share only the information that is relevant to review and follow-up. That usually means enough detail for one installer to confirm they serve your area and can handle your installation type.
